Sarah is the Co-Founder and Creative Council member of MashUp Contemporary Dance Company, a non profit all female identifying professional dance company based in LA.
MashUp is dedicated to the movement of female bodies and feminist ideas. Prioritizing innovation, collaboration, and inclusion, MashUp uplifts female-identifying artists and builds community through contemporary dance.
During the first ten years, MashUp crafted and produced seven full-length works, while simultaneously developing and sustaining five annual programs. Two of these programs purposefully tie into larger feminist movements: International Women's Day and National Women’s Equality Day.
